We're in full-on pre-season mode at Playford Road following the first teams return to training and this morning the club released a video interview with Kane Vincent-Young.

The defender, who signed from Colchester Utd nearly a year ago spoke in the video about how it was " Great to be back" and how the 23-year-old is pleasantly surprised about how pre-season has started compared to previous years.
When asked about the injury he suffered last season Vincent-Young expressed that he "feeling really good and feels up to speed"
A big part of Ipswich Town's great start getting Vincent-Young back would be a huge boost to both club and fans.
